The project involves the complete renovation of the existing building, with the addition of new architectural elements designed to give the structure a renewed form and identity. The intervention aims to strike a balance between contemporary design and warmth, creating a continuous dialogue between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Large arches define the openings and visually connect the interior with the exterior, where a furnished porch and a carefully landscaped garden—with Mediterranean vegetation and stone pathways—extend the living space into the surrounding nature. Integrated lighting enhances the architectural forms even in the evening, creating a timeless and welcoming atmosphere.
