The project consists of a contemporary residential building defined by a clear and articulated volumetric composition, where solid elements and recessed spaces shape a dynamic and deep façade.
Cantilevered balconies and loggias create a system of private outdoor spaces that enhance living quality, strengthen the relationship between interior and exterior, and provide effective solar shading and privacy. The material palette—light-colored render combined with metal cladding in warm tones—gives the building a restrained and elegant identity, allowing it to integrate naturally into the urban context without imitation. The design focuses on daylight, comfort, and the integration of greenery, interpreting contemporary living as a balance between functionality, well-being, and architectural clarity.
