The project involves the redevelopment of a residential building through demolition and reconstruction, with the aim of improving living quality and the relationship with the surrounding urban context.
The intervention is articulated through compact, well-proportioned volumes, characterized by loggias, terraces and private outdoor spaces that extend domestic life and enhance the connection between interior and exterior.
The composition of the façades alternates light-colored surfaces with material accents, defining a sober and contemporary architecture, attentive to natural light, privacy and indoor comfort.
The project adopts a measured and durable architectural language, designed to integrate discreetly into the existing residential fabric while contributing to its overall regeneration.
